Question marks for me lol. It would be a nice feature, but I think realisticly it is such a big job to put in place and moderate. Could always chuck the message in your Sig

It should be easy enough to implement, most forums I'm on have a custom field option in the profiles. One of the Admin's, have a look in the general options section of the Admin Console.

It's very easy to implement but much harder to moderate.
