Torque spec

Hi All,

Does any one konw with its the torque spec required, for the head bolts to be torque down.
it would be nice if explained in plain english, if not then technical term is fine.

So i'm giessing i need a Nm torque wrench for the right? or i can get away with a normal socket set?

no point using torque settings if you have just a socket set. unless your the worlds strongest man you will need a breaker bar to undo the head bolts anyway.

most torque wrenches have nm on them. check ebay. one can be had for around £20.

if you just do them up with guess work then you could cause more damage
