Toyota MR2 ZZW30 Roadster Alloys

Had a plonker moment and quickly bid on some alloys wheels on Ebay for my GT.

When they arrived I found out that the rears are 16x7j & fronts 15x6j, and are 4x100. I guess I cant complain for paying less than £45 for them.

would you recommend putting them on a GT or would it just look too much like a dune buggy?

Looked at tyre comparisons 195/50/15 & 195/45/16 and got the results back on the links below.

Would you fit them or just source either 2 of the 15"/16" to make a set?

it wont look too far out, but it wont be good for the handling. i have a set on my ep85, but they are a matched pair. i would go that route rather than use them myself.

Wouldn't fancy putting the 16's on the back TBH. Messed around with 14's and 15's a while back that made me realise the driven wheels on a starship should really have more grip than the undriven ones. Think my seats still have the stains to prove it lol.

As Duncan says, a matching pair would be far more sensible.
