Unlimited boost on a td04 on stock internals=....

....Dead engine! Went to a trackday for my mates birthday and 8 laps in the boost controller pipe disconnected and i ran unlimited boost for around half a lap before the car started smpoking like a bitch. Quick inspection reveled no compression on piston 2 and some serious heavy breathing! So we loaded it on the trailer and i drove my mates semi road legal drift car the 120 miles home. Just did the headgasket 200miles ago too lol! Going forged now, and aiming for a reliable and useable 300hp on a td04, cant wait!

Yeah, i was keeping it anyway, just didnt expect to be forging it so soon. The track was so tight i didnt have any chance to look at the boost gauge.
