Hows peeps,

Just picked up a 96 Glanza V... and I love it!!! Its made me think why the hell havent I had one sooner??? lol

I'll post a few pics up when I can, its got a few toys which I'll be asking about lol..

Such as the HKS Fcon and GCC, I know what they are but on the GCC Ive got a control to 'increase, decrease or normal'.... erm should I be touching these or leave it alone?

Its all been mapped and rolling roaded too so Im assuming everything is set up, its 165bhp at the wheels running 9psi, dont have the print out on full boost (12psi)... is this boost fine to run at?

Im sure I'll come up with more questions, only got her last night and still having fun trying things out!!

Ohh aswell, its a Snow Version... whats that when its at home? lol

its claimed to be a hybrid, and the car was claimed to have been a forged engine, there was a topic about the car before.

hope to see you about mate, get on japnortheast, wer tryin to arrange a wee local starlet meet

Claimed? Do you want to take the head and sump off and check for yourself mate?

Has there been a topic on this before like? Im already on JNE thanks mate and seen your comments on there.

Cheers for the welcome anyways, will get better pics up etc when I take some lol

p.s any one have a blitz supersound dump valve fitted? How loud are they lol, Ive got one on my bench right now but Ive heard its rediciously loud lol

Sorry, just checked, its 165 flywheel at 9psi

As far as I can see its a ct9b on at the moment, was previously fitted with a hi-lux hybrid (iirc) producing crazy amount of hp. I have been informed the turbo fitted now is a hybrid version though. As said Im still figuring things out at the moment lol, will fill you in when I find out more on the car.

Got a blitz manifold to put on aswell, could be a bitch of a job, hope you lot can tell me different lol. Any feedback on the blitz manifolds?

i think you took that a bit the wrong way mate, i was sayin, to the power that you firstly "claimed" (165 whp at 9psi, as thats impressive) that it was meant to be a hybrid, and meant to be forged, as thats what the last owner said, there was a topic on it before yes, when it was on ebay, and i was intrested in it on japnortheast, but the fella couldnt prove it was forged without pullin the sump off, so i didnt buy it.

as i said, good luck with it, should see bout gettin the meet set up in the northeast as there is a few of us now

Ive spoken to motorscope and theyve confirmed its got a forged crank, trd cams, forged pistons and rods, I'll be having the sump off next service to check it all for myself, it was all done in Japan apparently lol

took her out on the windey roads yesturday in Northumberland, jesus god it handles so well lol

when you thinking about a meet?

dont know mate, kinda soonish, think im gunna get all the parts fitted to my car this weekend coming or next, then should be sorted for a meet
