Water temp not rising ???

My water temp dose not come up on the gauge in side the car. Well it move the smallest bit but that’s it, no matter what my driving is like. Any idea’s what the problem mite be.

water pump, thermostat or temp gauge sensor

Does it blow hot air?
if not then its time to replace the thermostat

I would suspect a dodgy Thermostat so change that first and see if it fixes the issue.

does it rise if left at idle...? does the bottom hose off the rad get hot at idle?

Yea have a check if the hoses/rad get warm.if they do then its the sensor for the gauge!

If the temps arent rising on the gauge in the car i'd be 90% sure that the thermostat needs changin.

do a diagnostic...see if you get a coolant temperature sensor code

sounds like the sensor unit for the gauge in your car is going faulty

i suspect even with the thermostat stuck open (or completely taken out), the car should reach a reasonable operating temperature sometimes, but may not maintain it when driving.

you can check the thermostat just to make sure its operating as it should

also, what kind of outside temp is it where you live---climate wise??

no harm changing the thermostat anyway.. cheap as chips and easy to do.. my gauge was reading cold when driving and would only go up at hot idle.. (faulty thermostat).. and as said above a simple way of checking to see if your thermostat is broke is to put on the blower to see if theres any heat coming through
