ok thanks for the info, its just that i have a bigger turbo and wanted to increase the spool up time, i've wrapped it up how it is now, although i havnt fitted it onto the car yet..........would this be a problem as the paint is still on, or will it burn off underneath the wrap without damaging the runners,

just want to be sure as i do not want to damage the manifold

sorry for all the questions :p

is this the same manifold from the ct9 powerup thread?

hey lads,
we've been having a few inquiries from people who want to use external wastegates on their CT9's to cure boost issues..so we've decided to make a manifold to fascilitate this. the manifold is not a direct replacement for the O.E.M unit..therefore the turbo sits in a different location. to use our manifold you need a new de-cat and oil feed..so we've decided to offer the everything as a bolt on kit. we can make the same manifold to run with the regular internal wastegate also. components can also be purchased invidually if you guys wished to do so.

manifold specs--
*1.5" inch runners
*3.5mm thick mild steel
*tig welded to perfection.
*12mm thick mild steel flanges
*solid 12mm brace
*can be painted black/grey

downpipe specs--
*stainless separated de-cat (if set up w/internal wastegate)
*stainless de-cat (if set up w/external wastegate)

price--

*CT9 mild steel manifold without external w.gate otion--$300usd shipped
(CT9 mild steel manifold w/external w.gate option(flanged for tial 38mm)--$325usd shipped
*downpipe to suit (will bolt onto any cat-back system)--$240usd shipped
*oil feed--$65usd shipped

if purchased together--$600usd shipped.

also please note that the stock water feed lines can be used. the manifold also leaves much more space between the turbo and oil filter which allows you guys to get rid of the stock restrcitive intake and make one up that flows much better. pictures to follow in a few days guys..so be patient!

its a different one mate. The Ct9 power up one moves the position of the turbo so with that one you need to purchase the downpipe.

This one remains stock position and replaces stock mani with a much more flowing one :D

i assume 12mm flanges as well

so were talking like 28dollars each including postage?? :O
& whats the stats with it whats it made of ect. is the mani as good/BETTER than the zisco one? will i need gaskets ect cheers!

Just to clarify for you mate, if there is 10+ people it will be $280 US dollars per person. Not $280 split between 10 people as i think that's what you thought.

im sure u can split it 10 ways and only cost $28 but then you would have to cut the mani up into 10 pieces :p
