hey clarky, yeha unfortunately i am unable to send the parts you need out ASAP..we're in the thick of the local race season..so fabrication is a bit slow at the moment. all ram style manifold (whether its for 4e/5e) is the same...the oil line you require has to be done like PC18's...even nazzuro will require the return line done the same. the only minute difference in the oil lines btw 4e and 5e is that there is a very small difference in height. but the turbo sits exactly the same way in relation to its position from the block as there is no difference in the manifold made for 4e or 5e. you've asked me for measurements...not sure exactly what measurements mate...the feed line is made of 8mm tube and the return line is made of 3/4" inch tubing.

nazzuros kit is the same...only difference is he custom requested his wastegate to sit up top(similar to our older w.gate location)..hence the difference dump. but the manifold it itself (like all other wepr ram manis) is the same. not sure if any of this has been helpful....if there anything else, PM me..thanks..

totally forgot what i came on to say in the first place...that is..if you are going to make up an oil return...go by the picture that PC18 has provided you. making the return like this will allow you to use the stock rubber black elbow which is used with the ct9. cheers...

i take it were on about the Z shaped pipe comin off the bottom of pc18 turbo and it needs to connect to the bit where the tissue is
? if so surly i could just buy a big bit of rubber and make it fit? or am i going to have to buy more things or get something custom made?

yes mate..thats the bit we are on about...the return is fairly easy to fabricate. most steel braided oil feed lines will fit perfectly too.

Its alright when you guys have places to fabricate up a return pipe, but some of us don't.

The oil and water lines pictured above, the water lines fit with no problems at all. the oil feed is the problem.

Anyway, I can sort the oil feed out, I can get a few fittings and make it myself. The oil return is just the tricky part, I've no way of getting a pipe fabricated to sit directly in front of the sump pipe, if I could then it would be sorted.

it might not be rocket science to you guys but im an electrician i dont or ever have studied mechanics i literally do everything by reading
on here so yeah sometimes i do get confused or lost and sometimes the oil feed return etc confuses me

if i was to say to you what capacitor and resistor do i need for a hoover , without goin online could u tell me ?

or what about if i was to wire in a switching relay ? without looking online what 2 numbers on an 11 pole relay would i use

And I like the way one of the cheeky boys locked the thread too...

Site really has gone downhill big time, come on here to get some information and all ya get is 'its not rocket science' , then one of them goes and locks the thread!!

So if anyone has any input that involves 'helping us', feel free to write it.

As been said it isnt rocket science, what did the ct9 have as a return line?

This thread is dragging on,and you certainly dont need to have studied mechanics.
Also the site isnt going downhill, its just people that have been here a while are getting royaly fed up with posts like this.

Yes the CT9 had a 90 degree bend as a return line, common sense when the return pipe was 90 degrees from the sump pipe.

If you were bothered to read my problem, I clearly said the the return pipe on the TD04 doesnt sit 90 degrees from the sump pipe sp therefore not being able to use a 90 degree bend.

So if you can show me a previous post that has solved this issue, feel free to stick it up instead of your stupid comments! As I said, if you have no input to helping me solve it then dont post alright, I'm looking for help, not to listen to you and others spam the thread.

Thanks!

Ok do you want spoon fed the info?

Seriously if this little problem has you stumped then dont change things.

If a 90 degree bend doesnt fit, then surley use another length of pipe and make it fit!!!

As i said, it isnt rocket science ;)
