Just to throw another spanner in the works..the Polo made a little more that stock power also.

59HP.

Which guy were you? The guy studying in Huddersfield?

Cole, what was the crack with the A/F man? Tuner said it went off the chart?

Don't know as much about A/F as I should. Think I need to do some more reading!

i no theres nothing wrong with his rollers as my bro had his golf done there and it made 240 then on another set he made 239

i had my standard car done there a while ago i made 134.4

i really doubt theres anything wrong with the rollers

my bad result is down to mapper i think

I'm sure if you speak to Nick he will try figure it / sort it out with you. He mapped my car and its spot on. i've gained almost 40bhp from when i was on rollers last and thats at 0.90 bar and a dying turbo. And also misfiring due to needing plugs and leads.

Not to mention he maps his own car too.

But i can understand your gutted about the figure.

Cole runs a TD04 11g I believe?

Turbo looks really small, almost CT9 size. Don't have a clue what these turbo's are good for, does anybody know?

Also, I believe your downpipe may be restrictive Cole according to another thread?

A/F seemed to be an issue according to RS Tuning. Apparently it went so bad it went of the chart. Like I say thou, need to look into A/F myself!

Yeah, Nick mapped it.

139.5

whats the fuss ?

it should be around 200 bhp not standard power il post my graph up to show how bad the graph is

Sorry mate i dont know the full storey just going on what was written ?

I assume the graph is what was mapped by your tuner yeah ?

Graph will be useful indeed mate.

PS: Gee - Greddy rate the TD04-11B at 150-220hp. Can differ slightly from Turbo to Turbo manufacturer.

Hmm..we may have a problem then depending on the turbo specification.

Can anyone explain the A/F and how it should ideally look?

Does this help with the possible spec of the turbo?
