what external wastegate spring?

need a quick reply on which external wastegate spring to use.

i will be running a bar

but i dont want to be running a bar all the time, so do i get a 8-9psi spring and then turn the boost up with the boost controller to acheive a bar?

not to sure how it works on external gates so a helpful reply will sort me out!

Yes, get a low one and turn it up with the boost controller 8-9 will be fine.

I think tial work in bar mate and you choose between yellow, red and blue.

Can anyone confirm?

And yeah you usually get like 0.7 bar and turn it up accordingly

ive got a .5 bar spring in mine and use a blitz boost controller to run 1 bar.
