id rather it be spent on school and hospitals rather than the armed forces.

the nhs already get enough, the problem is that it doesnt get spent wisely, there are way to many over paid people in the nhs, (aswell as underpaid), there is also to much redtape, and to many managers, etc etc etc
everyone who sells to the nhs rip the nhs off, i used to work for a company selling iv pumps, now iy used to cost us between 250 and 500 depending type of machine, we sold them at between 3+4 times that price, mainly cos the nhs wouldnt argue about the price they would just stump up the cash and have less pumps than they originally intended.
thats why i think they already get enough
