Thats a stupid answer.
If you have no idea what they are, then how do you know if they are in or not?
Sounds like they are not in place..

I have similar wheels (same size/offest as yours), with 195/50/15s and have the same problem.

To fix it, i rolled my rear guards.
Was easy to do, only took a couple hours to do both sides.
Since the lip cant be seen with the plastic trim on, you can be quite brutal with bending it back (i used multigrips + hammer).

After being done, it looks the same, but i get an exta ~30mm of wheel travel.

Fcuking hell, that's low! Please PM me some more pics of the car!!

Look for a little code at the back of the rim to check with the offset, for example it can be ET40, ET35 etc etc.

It definitely shouldn't rub at the front with that ride height and wheel size. As said get the tracking done and chuck an adjustable panhard rod on then see if that solves it. Try and get the RS*R rod too, they are adjustbale both ends and easier to fit.

Heh, thats with no suspension in it :)
I had the rear shock/springs out so i could test where it would rub on the tyre.
