Wheelspins..

Hey guys,

I have noticed that i am spinning the wheels a bit in 1st and 2nd, as soon as i give it a bit of gas... its fun, until its time to buy new tire's or turn around a corner...

Any thing i can do to aid my traction? without throttling off..

Car has:
Aftermarket suspension - sitting around about 110mm off the ground.

I don't even give it a lot of gas, and its just a bit ridiculous in the wet.

Looking at around $1.5k NZD to get a LSD here... hmmm just wondering if it is worth it really..

theres nothing u can do in the wet though, no matter what dump ure foot in first and second in the wet and its gonna spin, the only other option that works well is boost controllers that can change the boost levels in each gear, that way u run less boost in the first two gears to reduce the power to the wheels

Tyres and suspension, biggest factors in traction problems (apart from loads of Power/torque)

But remember the throttle isnt a switch, there is a bit betwein minimum and maximum. ;)

suppose the easiest way 2 avoid spinning up the tires is 2 not let it happen in the first place or keep it in low turbo in the wet or if your that die hard with your first gear fit launch control...
