Noticed a 1995 quadlight ep82 here in Australia that has wind up windows (non electric), I thought all the quadlights (Mark III's ?) would have all come out standard with electric windows ??
as with all jap cars, there are many options and it just depends if the person who bought the car new wanted electric or manual windows. most are electric, but there is no specific model or spec to tell you otherwise.
The poverty spec model had manual windows and no central locking. When ordering from the factory you could add an electric pack to the car giving it power windows and central locking.
I think the cost to upgrade wasn't much so most folks would have ticked the box. Also Japan is gadget crazy anyways. As a result it's quite rare to find keep fit windies!
i had a mk4 fiesta with keep fit windows, no central locking, manual mirrors, manual sunroof, no aircon and a tape player, but it had electrically adjustable headlight height!?!?
