Which lowering springs

Hey,

I have KYB ExcelG dampers and need advice on what springs to get, I think its a toss up between the RSRs and Tein. But doing a bit of research I found out that tein s.techs have spring rates of front 1.8-2.1 and rear 0.8-2.4 whereas the RSRs are front 2.7 and rear 2.28 so the RSR's are theoretically a much stiffer ride, but what would be the best for handling?

Any ideas/previous experience?

Whats the ride like? Proper harsh or bareable? And what shocks have you got them on?

Does anybody know what spring rate the cobra and whiteline springs are? Really need to know what springs are best for handling asap! Shocks are sitting in my room and want to be fitted

I got Rs*r with org shocks and there very good on uk roads

go with RSR mate good spring and cheap enough!!
Im running standard shocks wif RSR not too bad till the d2 coilovers
come in the next couple off months!

Why is it you cant get 50mm springs or 60mm springs ? All i see is 30mm and 40mm
