Don't know what's gone off 100% by what's been said but easiest way is if you don't want to be a member or disagree then ask to be removed that's it end of business I for 1 will be staying

Well, it seems all parties have been disrespected in the events revealed so far. Having said that these sites are largely about the members at all levels so I would suggest the site renames to something less like the the original site name then email each member an opt in or opt out email ( with check box ) for people to say if they agree to have their data included on the new site or not...... my 2c.

i did NOT give you consent for my information, therefore you have broken the law.. i consented to giving my information when i signed up to the original site. NOT this new site.. Also by me clicking a button does not give you Legal ownership of my content.. I think you will find a Contract would have to be drawn up for that..

you have no contract in place that states you can use my information for another site.
Can you explain in full how you are " LEGIT " in what you have done..

Please give me the exact " LOOK WELL INTO THAT " information that you have, and or where you got your legal advise from ??
