why cant i seem to post in forsale section?

As title reads, any suggestions to why i cant seem to post in the for sale ads section says submit thread then asks for a moferator or something. tryed twice now and no luck

all for sale threads need to be checked over by a moderator. as long as you meet the criteria for a for sale thread then just submit it and if it checks out ok it will appear when moderated.

Nowadays they take a week to submit em
I submitted 2 thread like last week tuesday still aint here
