The cusco, TRD and Jam rings should match the Tein's (same factory) or you can use an adjustable one like my King Dick here :haha: :

cheers jay. got a hold of a friends one but it didnt suit. tried the old screwdriver and hammer and no joy at the rear. any other ways of getting them to drop? they are very stiff other wise i would just hammer them a bit as well.

Since the rears were very stiff i moved the locking ring right to the bottom, do you think this might help loosen the rears up with the vibrations on the road?

Persist with the WD40, it really takes you to keep soaking them until it finally moves. I found the rings very soft so be careful with the hammering, very handy to bend and break them.

If you notice any knocking from the rears stop asap as that'll be your spring shifting when the upper ring moves.
