UDC raffled off a drift car worth £2500 a couple of months ago, you paid £25 online via his website and then the draw was made at one of the drift/drag days

There was a Simms 106 going to be raffled on the 106oc about a year and half ago, and the boy never went through with it for some legal reason, as its not a sale, so it's not the same law as sold as seen or something. I would put my £50 in, but I wouldn't be willing to wait 6 months or watever for you to get the number of sales. You would also have to limit it to 1 ticket per person?

you wouldn't really have to limit it, if someone wants to increase their chances they'd have to pay for it. everyone would have the choice to buy 1 or more tickets.

Why do you think its a bad idea?

Am i the only one who thinks this is a terrible idea?

Also i just wanted to add, that this idea brought up long ago, but there were problems. so What happen was the idea of the lowest bid wins, which is legal from my knowledge. but in this case this wont be as effective and could take awhile to get full funds. :(

isnt it the lowest bid which no one else says wins...
so like if two people chose 1 pound and then 1 person had 1.01. then that second person one
