Not sure many people know but Auto EP82 or Peter as some of you guys may know him as went in last week to have his leg amputated on.

He was in a bike accident a few years ago which badly damaged his right leg and has waited all this time to get his leg removed.

He went in the QA hospital in Portsmouth on the 8th July but still have not heard from his girlfriend to see if the operation was a success. I am going to visit him on saturday with a card from me and all the guys and Toyotagtturbo.com! I know he will appriate this and all your kind wishes seeing as he was a regualr on this site!

He said the up side this operation is jis car will weigh less now and will look better as hes getting a carbon fibre leg lol! He always sees the upside on the low points.

Anyway lets hope we will have Pete back soon at the meets so we can cause more chaos!

Get well soon Peter! :)

For those of you that have not had the pleasure of meeting Pete he is one of the must upbeat and cheeky lads I have ever met!!

We have been talking loads over the last couple of weeks about what he is going to do cars wise… His answer is getting a EVO 10 or a TT Supra so I think its safe to say he is not going to let this stop him having fun!!

Pete please hurry up and get sorted soon I need another road trip!!:gt-smilie:

Sounds to me like this Peter doesn't need to wished a "speedy recovery". From what I have read so far he seems to be a good guy and I seriously doubt his spirit was ever "broken", that is what matters most. Carry on as you were and enjoy life Peter!
