Personally, I'd take it, but be sure you do your homework first. Don't assume that your company will do everything for you. They will provide you the basics, you'll have to put in the effort to ensure it works, for YOU.
There are too many people nowadays who sit on their arse and don't do squat with their life. In a couple of years (assuming you come back that is!
), think of the experiences you'll have, and the stories you can tell. I've got a mate in Dubai who's on money most of us could only dream of. Even if he comes back with no savings, the lifestyle he's living is one he'll never forget. Think of when you'll be visiting Agra to see The Taj Mahal, or jetting down to Goa for a week.
As Dylan says, lots to consider before you go, and it won't be easy, but put in the effort, and you'll get the reward.
