not at all hope that inspired you.

i chose that filter element very carefully with the intercooler core i made as you can see they fit together perfectly. didn't have to cut the bumper at all either :)

i went with the blitz sus element because its the only filter that is lifetime, where the hks or similar need cleaning or replacement elements, and that would require taking the bumper off to gain access. with this one there is enough room i can get an airline to clean the element without having to strip half the front of the car out to get access. also being steel if it gets wet it won't saturate and stop flowing.

Tim :)

Make me one will pay lol

oh I don't see why i couldn't make a setup that would work with the stock aircon in place, JJ with yours you have cut that little bit of sheet metal to the left of the aircon radiator to run your pipe so I'd just do the same and go the same way. removing the aircon just make it so much easier to do, cleaner job and was fed up of spending weeks cleaning the aircon condenser after you do an oil change after Toyota stupid filter location right above that dribbles oil through the aircon when you remove it lol

i can make these for people but they've be custom to each customer so would need the car for mocking it up. and I'll warn you they are quite time consuming to make, mainly down to mocking everything up etc..

Tim :)

Heres what mine was like a year ago, its pretty much the same now. Helps having a smaller radiator when relocating the filter.

I plan on doing this soon also and have priced the pipes off ebay (£29.09) to fit my (soon to be bought) apexi power intake filter. If anyone wants links to the pipes then there here

That turbo and mani gets really hot and they're just an inch or 2 away from the air filter.

Also does the pipe actually touching the actuator?

Good job anyway, just a though of the heat transfer.
