ABS Diagnostic

Dudes,

Recently my ABS light has been coming on and staying on. It started doing it occaisonally at first but seems to be on all the time now. Obviously with the weather at the moment I want it sorted! Im sure I remember reading on here a while ago about an ABS diagnostic? Similar to the ECU diagnostic with jumping pins on the OBD port. Cant for the life of me find it again now though!

Anyone able to shed any light?

Cheers

John

Thanks matey. Will give that a try tonight. Seems to only have started since I replaced the passenger side driveshaft seal. Maybe didnt reseat the sensor properly or something!

If any dirt or debris has stuck to the sensor it may not read properly. It's a magnet so it's not hard for fillings or something to stick to it.

Hoping it's a cheap fix mate.

Me too mate! Seems that the only big problems this car has given me is brakes!

Last time I had this problem, my stoplight bulbs were burnt.

You might wanna check that.

Good luck
