The missus has a gt turbo and i changed the actuator in it yesterday as the old one was seized.... she has a hks ssqv and shes complaining that at 3000rpm you can hear like the loud blow off of the dump valve that you would usually have on deacceloration but only if you hold the revs at 3000rpm...

well lads,my glanza is idling between 1500 and 2000 rpm up and down this only happened when i came on boost checked all the intercooler pipes and vac pipes,the car still boosts perfect:confused:

got a 99 glanza wiring harness and the lambda sencor isnt on it what wires are they to see if i could find it??:rolleyes:

was just wondering,i put a full wiring harness into my glanza but now my fog lights,brake lights and interior dash lights wont work what would be the main cause of this??.........bad earth maybe would that do it??:confused:

will a 98 glanza interior loom fit a 99 glanza or is there a difference in plugs

she has it on low boost cause its boost creeping on high boost and shes no fcd fitted so shes not driving it on!!180 miles thats not right sounds very heavy as i was getting 500km in my lanza,sorry mate its manual aswell

the girlfriend bought a gt turbo and she full it to the brim with juice all she got to a full tank was 300km,my glanza standard was giving me 500km her gt is standard was wondering why it could be so heavy on petrol?plugs, lambda on cat??

i tryed with a file but it looked like it was taking off nothing.....does there need to be a lot taken off???

is there much to notching the block when fitting scat rods and what kinda tool would ya use??thanks

can anyone shed some light on this,the bottom hose in the gf car is staying cold and the top pipe has serious hot pressure on it when the temp is half way on the gauge,im after changing the thermostat and the car has never boiled over also the fan is staying on full time???

thanks for the help lads,the reason i asked chris was cause i got them cheap and had 4 standard pistons with 2 bent conrods just wanted to see if they would fit

i know that lad,i want to know will standard pistons fit on over scat conrods
