well, i have been doing some modifying over the year ive owned it...so i dont really fit in...
but my 96 tercel with an ep91 4efte just made 8 passes on the drag strip and made a 6-7hour round trip this last weekend...no problems occurred what so ever...so i would say its pretty reliable:rockon:
i would try to get a drill bit that is about the same saze as the bolt...not the head...and drill to where the head and bolt meet then take a flathead and a hammer and knock the tops off...then take the turbo off and grab the studs with a pair of locking pliers and loosen them up from...
what would be somethings to check out?

im wondering the same thing...
when i first start it up after it has been sitting and has cooled off...my oil pressure goes up to about 55ish at idle...but once im driving around and it gets hot...it barely stays at 20...i have to keep it down a gear to keep the pressure up...or is 18-20psi...
MantaEP91: Thanks!! I love the wheels, even tho it took me a little bit to get used to them at first since they poke out a little bit. There isnt much of a difference in the low end with the intake headers....but it has a little more umph at the top end...and its even air flow to all 4...
Ok, so I did some checking on my wideband 02 sensor, and it is not faulty. I also pulled out the spark plugs to see how they looked and look down inside the cylinders....RESULTS:

@vincent-ep91: Yea this is about as custom as it gets LOL...had a custom harness made...ep91 ecu...i dont have the hi/lo boost solenoid like the starlets have...so im just running high boost all the time...
im going to be upgrading to the TD12 soon..and run 14-16 psi daily...and 18-20 psi on...
It shouldnt need all that work, no...i just recommend it if there is a little gunk build up...cause the detergeants will help clean out the oil passages and gullies so there isnt a blockage and something goes wrong...you only have to do it maybe once maybe twice if your motor didnt look like...
