Are you 100% sure the fuel pressure was set at 4.2 bar and not 42 psi? 4.2 bar is way too high but 42 psi is about 2.9 bar which is about right. Either you are reading it wrong or the tuner read it wrong on the day because there is no good reason to run 4.2 bar fuel pressure on your setup
