Is it safe to have watstegate chatter on a TD04 at 14psi or should I be running some sort of BOV/Dumpvalve? Thanks!:cool:

ye the wastegate was welded shut and still is, if I pull the vac pipe off the turbo and put it back on again it spins the turbo on idle for around 10secs then it stops spinning :confused: ive took it off to see if there was anything obvious wrong but ive well and truely run out of ideas lol...

After a working good condition set of 460 injectors (SARD) that are a direct fit for an 4efte ep91 my 330's maxxed out on duty cycle on my td04 set-up. Mike at Monster Motorsport advised me to get some 460's! Cheers Brett ;)

After both sets of headlight adjusters for an ep91 mine have snapped and I cant get my glanza through MOT because I cant adjust the headlights! and also a bonnet stay as for some reason ive never had 1! :haha: Thanks! Brett

Did any one go and talk to that lad who was running the 13's in the silver/blue glanza? me and my mate asked him what he was running he just said TD04 on stock internals on EMB and 1.4 BAR!!! i was like mate how the hell have your rods not tried to escape! he always had his laptop plugged into...

Mate if thats your spec thats a wicked result! Im running a CT9 Hybrid with all the fuelling mods 330 injectors, rrfrp, and emanage blue the lot and i only made 192 bhp!

Mate i had the same thing happen to me brought a fully forged glanza had it 2days and the engine went bang the kid before me didnt tighten the conrods up properly and they escaped through the side of the block, somehow the piston got jammed in the block and ive never been able to afford to go...

Hi all, Bit of help needed would I find it better to externally gate my CT12 set-up would it reduce my lag? not getting full boost until 4500rpm and then the power graph when I had it dyno'd goes pretty much vertical! Any advice is appreciated! Brett

Na not yet mate its white with carbon bonnet and spoiler and renault alpine blue rotas not to everyones taste the blue wheels but stands out lol!:haha:

Hi All, Just had a turbo smart boost tee fitted to my ct12 glanza, is it possible to run the boost tee into the cockpit so i can adjust the boost from inside or will i just end up with loads of lag because of running the pipes through the car? Brett

when my forged went bang i brought a gt lump to drop in out of my mates ep82 and we changed all the inlet manifold,gearbox,clutch everything that was salvageable off my forged and it dropped straight in all we had to change was the water temp sensor and she fired up 1st time!

ye think hes my mate adam was u in a black gt turbo? another one of my mates said he sin a black gt turbo but he was in a blue ep91 with white wheels.
