I got my self a blitz fmic and on the top of the intercooler the centre mounting bracket is broke off!! Would the intercooler be alrite if i left it like this or will i have to weld it back on???

Ok this started thursday when i switched the car off and the turbo timer came on!! It sounds like its coming from the crank pulley and there is a little wobble in the belt but it sounds like its a chatter come off it!! Any info would I would be very thank full!!
