Mine is at 205,000 Km and is sill going as strong as ever. hopefully it'll be retired by 250,000 to live a nice quiet life as a Hill climb/Track car.

as long as it's properly maintained you'll have no worries. Toyota's are only finished being broke in at 200,000 Km :p

your mileage is probably genuine. i would imagine that over 50% of the cars on here have been clocked to some degree, whether its been a cluster swap an old fasioned wind back or a non functioning speedo cable. all means the mileage isnt correct.

if the car still drivs and runs fine there is nothing to worry about. lower mileage cars can be more problematic due to lack of use.

Mine is on 230k km and runs fine (pas pump leaks but then that isnt engine itself!!). I had the fear it was old and tired... After fitting my WEPR ext CT9 kit, and FMIC it made about 155bhp at just 10psi! (stock high is 9.5psi!) so as for it being tired - seems not!!! As Franza said - just run in!! haha

my 98 glanza just rolled 180,000 km's the other day.a well looked after toyota engine should have no problem as long as it is serviced and oil changed every 4-5k.

oh and by the way thats really only about 120,000 miles so i wouldnt worry.

My bottom end showed signs of death at 160,000KM on my EP82 1990 (lack of oil pressure and compression) and it became rebuild time.

Shame not everyones lasts as long as yours!
