So I decided to purchase a 4efte harness as the one I had was to the point of no return.
The harness came but some ends were cut.
Ends cut are:
Seeing as I have my old harness i decided I'll just cut all the missing ends and reattach, however, it wasn't so simple.
On #3 that goes to the cabin fuse box, the new harness has way less wires than my old 4efte harness (see comparison photo)
What I tried was to give it a shot and attach what wires matched and leave the rest, however, I noticed that the wire that goes to the starter (big black wire with a white stripe) that comes from the ignition switch had nothing to connect to on the new harness and so I got all lights on dash but no swing.
Has anyone ever tried using a new harness in an old 94-starlet?
Note: I am using the original dash that came with my 94 GT Starlet.
Any help would be appreciated, if no one can assist it's to an electrician I go.
Additional photos attached for reference:

- the harness that runs to the front of the car for the lights etc.
- the harness that goes through on the passenger side of the car
- the harness that leads to the cabin splits into 3 that plug into the cabin fuse box
