4E-FTE Internals Issue - PLEASE HELP IF POSSIBLE

Im looking for some advice on internals mainly main & Big end bearings as well as head gasket set for the 4e-fte motor. I am based in south africa where they dont stock any parts as the motor is a import. Could I possible use 2e or 4a engine parts? I have already tried 4a mains and big ends but doesnt seem to fit. Hoping to get some advice here before purchasing the 2E parts.

I'd tend to work from the genuine 4EFTE part numbers and see what you can find locally.
