Did you replace the copper washers?

As you cant really re-use them again as they seal once tightened

it must be sur.. its 2 clear to be oil really.. check all levels 2 be sure.. oil/brakes/water etc... also get some one to start the engine and turn the steering wheel from side to side.. you should see where the leak is coming from exactly on the power steering pump

That's my thoughts buddy,i just think its got that colour bye running down the engine bay/block witch isn't very clean, but i thought it was steering fluid.

like the clutch fluid or brake fluid you goin to have spillage mate but not much at all cause the car wont be on.. (no pressure in the system)... do it all in one go.. remove old and replace with new.. use latex gloves for this..just top up the power steering fluid after

just try to catch as much of it as you can, and wipe up any that spills. when filling it up just fill it up to the mark, start it and turn the wheel from side to side, and check the level again... should be fine
oh and check if the banjo bolt is tight, they usually have to be pretty tight!
