Im very lucky to have a mk1 with ABS, I'd be even luckier if it worked!
The ABS light is on intermittently at the moment, I don't know why. I hear the sensor can get clogged up easily, where is it?
Not only that but i need to do a full overhaul of the brakes and a sticking caliper. I assume i need to buy abs specific parts or are discs and pads the same across the range?
Is it possible to bypass the ABS system and just run standard? Also what will happen at MOT time if the ABS light is on?
