sorry about all the smoke threads lol, Ive done some searching, and gotten some thoughts but everything I hear points in different directions.
a couple of months ago I was getting blue smoke, so changed the turbo, bought a ct9 off el man, I got it changed before like a week later it went into tm-developments to have head rebuild, including uprated valve seals, and head gasket obvs.
now i didnt check the smoke between changing the turbo and giving it to tm-devs because the car was off the road. but. now im getting what I see is white smoke.
Ive had no one check it really, it just looks white in the rear view.
Im not losing water, not a drop, I am losing oil. my compression was checked at tm, and is good, 170 across all four pots.
It only happens when I put my foot down, and after a couple of boosts it stops.
seems strange to me, I cant find anything similar.
may also help to know its an old engine
