Anti-Lift Kit

I bought an anti lift kit for my GT recently, and came around to fitting it earlier today.
However, the bush hole for the kit is waay too small to go over my front control arm.

Has anyone had this issue before? I'm going to contact the seller and send them back, but just wanted to check I wasn't having a blonde moment first lol.

Thanks

Do the crush tubes fit the bolts ? You could always bore the poly out to suit, shouldn't have to tho I would think

Just done some research SKINY and think I see what the issue is.
The whiteline kit I have only fit if you remove the crush tubes. Luckily I have a spare set of arms in the garage, that I removed the crush tubes from a couple of years back, when fitting my previous bushes. @Jay came to the rescue and sold me some other arms with the crush tubes intact...which I have fitted to the car now...hence the reason the whiteline bushes won't fit them.

I'll have a go with them tomorrow and report back

Thanks for the headsup @glanzadude. Touch wood I think I have been one of the lucky ones as I've removed the bolts a good few times now. I just always take my time with them and baptise the threads in copper slip.
How was the tracking on yours after you fitted the kit?

The tracking was well out to be fair. Did you do your homework how to install/ set it up properly? I can give you a run down as I fitted mine wrong first time :(

Yes, please if you dont mind?

From what I read up the bushing holes need to be facing the outside of the car on either side?

But it doesnt matter which way the plates are facing?

Lol... I know the feeling. I have a memory like an OAP at times.
If you can afford to, standalone will always be a better option as you have full recalibration control. But if you have the emb already, it makes sense to get that mapped. Yeah they re all tech, but our cars are old, and its been a tried and tested piggyback over the years.
I came very close to buying a link recently, but by the time I added up the additional cost for the p n p harness, mapping etc.... I just decided to stick with the emu and use the saved cash towards sorting my lacquer peel out.
Mine is just a weekend warrior and I don't plan on taking it on track - would cry if I binned it lol - so the emu should be enough for me.
