te37s dont have 2 of the stud holes lining straight up with any of the spokes
rotas do..inovates or whatever der spelled like have the extra holes around the stud holes

a close up of a rota will show theyr just blank and drilled out for the hub and valve

Yes same as standard only have Trd on them so they're lighter
