are starlets selling in the u.k?

im going to be selling up quite soon but i see the hole range of ep's just arnt really selling in ireland @ the moe. wanted to know are they moving in the u.k & are they making decent money ( what the cars worth). by the looks of things a nice ep would strugle to get 2.5k!! by nice i mean, clean/low miles/ low owners/ & some a/m parts wheels ect.

bit of a pain in the barce when you have a really nice car being devalued by people buying & swaping junker's...! like i know realistic money for say a 15yr old car & all but....

Mines up at 1850 and not sold yet, been about 2 week advertised, lots of interest but nobody actually handing over any money as of yet

i sold 1 on monday past. bob@ecc old car for 3500 and never did a thing to it. was runinng 168.9 bhp.lsd 60k-70k on it. went within 4 days of bein advertised.

Struggling to sell mine tbh. Fully forged ready for big turbo kit, 70k miles, had pretty much no interest. Had one bloke come look at it, but the battery was fooked so he didn't take it :(

I think the starlets all selling in England, if anything there getting a bit 2 common round my area, and people are always asking me how much they can pick 1 up 4, and where's the best place to buy.

ive seen so many of piston heads etc but they dont seem too be shifting. some ar still on there from last summer.

I agree Dan, I've seen so many that are still on there from when I brought mine back in October. Seems to be that they are not shifting unless you are practically giving them away.
Can't beleive Glanza D hasn't sold, for that price it's a great start for someone with a project in mind!

Yeah, I see it on Cowley Road and in Headington a fair bit. I don't like it!

Nah I hate it, I laugh at it everytime I see it. Where abouts in Oxford you from? I live in RisingHurst.
I see it's had a for sale sign in it everytime I see it, but it's still the same bloke driving it.

I'm not from Oxford, just live there now. I live just off Cowley road, not a bad place to live! Yeah it's always been the same guy driving when I've seen it.

I'm not from Oxford myself, I study Motorsport at Brookes. Things I've heard about Cowley road, they ain't good lol.

funny you should say that but to be honest not alot of cars are selling at the moment, these glanza used to be worth 3500 last year, then this year one person puts one a 2k they all do it and seem to think that

hold on as long as you can all the youngies will right alot of these off soon and will be heading the scrap, soon be rare again!!!!

lol, ye i certainly wont be letting it go for nothing, im lucky enough that i can sit on it & not have to rush to sell it, well @ least for afew months :)..

i hate the swaps you get offered in fairness why would you want to swap a gt turbo for a glanza s or gt replica starlet i think that you would have to b cracked to swap for one of them lol im selling mine again its been up a day and hav ben offered a levin bzr, 02 mondeo and a 94 nissan pulsar 1.6, the first two are resonable but the pulsar is crazy lol you just have to hang on and either the right swap or cash will come along
