at what rpm would i get full boost on this turbo

looking into a vf22 subaru turbo looking for ome good power any idea what the spool up time on such a turbo would be ?head is ported and stuff can rev the car into 8500rpms with new springs

A mate of mine had one on his forged 4E standed head and had full boost by 4500rpm mate very good turbo's and they just want to keep going

depands from many factors mate! i managed to see a slightly better spool and lower rpm kick by just fitting a good boost controller and using gain! good tune will help it too

well ive a choice of two turbos a vf35 or a vf22 so a friend of mine wants the one that i dont use ,so i think the vf22 will suit with a nice set of cams ,whats the max bhp from the vf35

the vf22 is laggier than the vf35..but flows more.
