They're great on a nice smooth track, no so good when bumping down the road trying to avoid potholes.

When the car is thrown into a corner at speed they do wonders to get you round there, however the stock dampers with Tein springs gave me more confidence when riding the speed limit down a back lane. In hindsight after reading nothing but good reviews I would have chosen the MeisterR Zeta-R's.

I have them on my gt and I think they are brilliant! I don't think that they are to stiff to be honest, just set them to the softest setting and they are fine for back roads. If you get to a track wind them to one of the harder setting and your away!

I can't knock mine, I have mine very stiff though as I am running 16" wheels with a 9j on the rear so I have mine bout 9 clicks from rock hard, gotta avoid pot holes majourly lol, all in all I can't say a bad work against them
