Also that would be madness taking your forged engine out to replace with a standard one. Sorry i didnt realised that it was forged from the start so the TDO4 turbo kit is deffo the way to go with it and NOS to really liven her up.

not a prob mate! see ive got a standard engine sitting just built up myself as i was bored so built one as got a block and head at a very cheap price lol
see a fella has offered me 1600 for the engine and it only stands me 1100 so not sure what to do lol i want to forge my own so i know what ive got at the end of the day.. and with the money i would sell the one in the car for i could pay rh engineering or ecc to forge it

You can if u use an adapter plate but your boost will drop off early and rob you power.

The decat is the downpipe. For the screamer pipe your going to need to get the mani for an external wastegate, you'll also need an external wastegate (these add about 300quid to the bill, depending on the brand, can be less)

With the ext gate you boost will be much more stable, a wise choice.

Speak to ECC they can sort out the fiddly bits, FMIC, FCD and fuel reg. The rest I'd get from WEPR and have ECC fit it.

just a general idea as to the budget i will need to set.. any ideas how much it will cost to get me running 210ish bhp spuddy??

If your buying everything brand new lad 2 grand should see it, silly thing is, not much more will get you to 270hp.

In fairness though half that price will exceed the power your after if you go the nitrous route.
