exactly mate he was told he has threatend me and aimee with the MOD's saying they can get the pm's let him because i told him everything!
If i did not mention second but im 100% i did the lad who test drove was told and felt the gearbox when driving :drive:, it isnt... well wasnt that bad it was mainly when it was cold and when you put it in a wee bit quick!
as said the lad probs abused the car to death on the way back to bradford!
I was pissing myself last night when aimee got a txt off the lad going halves saying
" you will have to sort the gearbox or at least put half towards the rebuild to make the car worth its money"
he paid 2350 for a glanza with 45k miles on the clock, drove fantastic very clean other than stonechips and wants money back!
Anyway me and aimee will just wait to hear from the new owner and see what he says!

not true, you should always assume that anything you do online is there forever.

dont mind answering at all bud, body work is in good condition other than the front bumper which has stone chips also the back bumper has a little hole in it where the fog light used to be but now it is in with the cluster.
The engine has 45k miles on it and runs sweet as, the gearbox is great when warm but when cold second gear can be a bit noisey not all the time mind.
There is tax on it till feb 2010 and mot till sept 2010.
It has got apexi exhaust, apexi dumpvalve and apexi induction kit, coilovers on the rear and lowering springs on the front sits lovely.
There is one really bad thing and that is that we havent received the log book as of yet ive been on to dvla and they state it should be with me in the next week. Im a genuine person and so is the missus im on here 24/7 so you would be able to contact anytime also my number is NUMBER REMOVED.

EDIT: everyone reading this should take advice from Mr Dub se7en and save your PM's as we do not always have the time or ability to retrieve PMs etc.
to right he did aimee was looking for 3500 at first then dropped to 3200 then a massive drop to 2400 due to needing sale
so with that money he has save he could get a quaiffe box!

when downloading the pm's, does it just lump them together? as when I downloaded mine it says it's sent items even though I try it for the in box.
Or is it a case of both get put into one text file and sent items first, then received?

You have clearly siad about stone chip's and gear box being noisey, you have even said its second gear that is noisy..
So its not like he didnt have it in his mind that there maybe a prob in future with the gearbox..
Sound like you were very fair to him explaining chip's an stuff, and is was quiet a knock down in price to...

hi all due to not being near a computer abroad i decided to come online now i can't get online all the time, after reading the pm again i realised that it was mentioned but i didnt read the pm proper which i should have but the advert should have been updated saying that but aimee did state this in the car thread "She's going weston performance friday to have a sensor changed An be checked over. An anything else needed doing will be done so i know she will be in good driving condition when sold"

this is why my mate got in contact about the gears as aimee said anything else need doing will be done but i aint going to mke a fuss outa it now but hey happy xmas

car inspected , car test drove , problems with car explained , money handed over.

listen garygt althought the thread was opened you dont take sides you actually sold the problem rather than saying a load of rubbish just because a mistake was made during pm's dont mean you know everyone, i would never back out of the deal as i like the car and i dont do refunds when buying a car, basically telling someone what you said the 1st bit is a bit on top even if you dont know the basics get your act together m8 and kinda grow up and solve problems rather than making it worse..... happy xmas
100% true mate he is a decent lad only spoke to him over pm's and on here but is a very sound and genuine bloke!

cheers phil, i would have waited till 18th jan when i got back but due to aimee needing it gone i had to get a m8 to sort it for me i read most posts and rep to all replying to bazza n mrs bazza for advise but as for the people saying a lil foul mouthing kinda upset about that as this was made to resolve the issue not extend it and people like that shoud refrain from posting but hey am ok so all good just hope ma m8 daint say too much to upset you guys (bazza n mrs bazza)
