blowoff valve location

i'm just curious, what's the difference between placing the blowoff valve right before the intake manifold and placing it in its original position which is between the turbo and the IC pipe? thanks guys!

so choosing between the two locations won't cause any performance issues...but i've read that placing the blowoff valve closer to the turbo would cause louder sound output since more boost is located in the piping between the turbo and IC, is this true? thanks for the quick response!

nah mate no performance issues with putting it in either location. As for the sound i think its six and half a dozen, wont make much difference.:drive:

only thing that i think is an issue is the bonnet if you hav a big dumpvalve and not much space
