Here is my guide!
BOV type: Bailey DV26
Tools needed: 10mm spanner, tiny alan key
Other bits: Rag, meguiars all metal polish, WD40
Time: 20min
Get started.
Undo the 10mm plastic screw from the top of the BOV use the ring end as you dont want to screw up the plastic.
Keep your thumb down tight on the lid of the BOV while you use the alan key to undo each bolt. do it acorss from each other to make it easy to hold down.
Slowly let the pressure off the lid so the spring dose not fly off into space.
Remove the lid.
Remove the spring.
Remove the tiny rubber seal around the body of the BOV.
Push the piston out from the bottom using your finger.
This is now what it will look like.
Get a tiny bit of metal polish and start rubbing. lol
once you have got it nice and clean you can now start to put it back together
Spray a tiny bit of WD40 on your finger tip and run it around the rubber seal on the pistion thern slide back into the body of the BOV.
Put the other rubber seal back into place.
Put the spring back in.
Hold your thumb ontop and line up the holes
