Ok.
Dunno how to start but here gose.
I brought the engine on behalf of a mate and this was over a month ago.
Now it was meant to be delivered on the following tuesday but wasnt.
So sent a few pm's etc etc and nothing back but wen asked for a refund i got a pm str8 away sayin he will sort it. 2 weeks later still getting no where and im gettin very pissy so me and another mate (who gladly took the day of work and got a work van) wen to get the engine now mike new full well we was coming and that we was coming in the morning.
well i rang him wen we was bout 20 mins away he answered and then the phone ut of now i dont know if his battery died or wat and isnt the point but he knows im on the way.
Well after bein across the road for half hour trying to remeber what number it was (we thought 21 and it was 20 lmao) i knocked on door and his mum said hes at a car show im like WTF well ive paid for the engine so can i just take it she says well no cause its at his dads.
Ok after a talk we decided me and my mate wud get food then come back bout an hour later so came back still no mike (bearing in mind this is my mates B Day so i already feel bad
)
well an hour of waiting i decide im going back home and told my mate (the one who brought the engine) im getting his money back and the state of mind i was in i rang me mum and got her to sort it out. so after she rang him i got a phone call from his mum to say hes here now u can get engine. To late!!!
My mum then informs me she gave him 2 option 1. Deliver engine by saturday
2. Refund money by saturday. or it becomes a Police matter, After ringing the police they say it isnt fraud untill Saturday has we have gave him a certain time so its a civil matter then after it becomes fraud by deception.
Well me mate still wants the engine so i say ring him up and say will arrange a courier and he pays etc. Well he decides he will deliver the engine and today he did.
This is my experiance and i thought u all shud know. Lucjy for me i have good friends or i could have put them alot of money outta pocket
P.S Mike mate says thanks for the engine it looks good but, I think u shud communicate better with the buyers and just tell the truth has to wats happening

He was a little delayed with the injector postage but overall i found him a good lad and my experience was a good one, although others have had a hard time.
