Paypal have been unable to claim any of my £65 back so i am now extremely pissed off, if anyone has an address or phone number for the bloke please could you post it up as i am going to get my money back and call the police as he has committed fraud by obtaining money by deception and i intend to press charges as people like this really annoy me!!!!!!!!!

i think when you file a claim with paypal there is a charge that you have to pay which comes of the balance of the money you recieve back. i think this is correct.

But that is poor the amount of money you recieved back.

Watch mind mate, you may find yourself in serious trouble for handing out somones private details. Just be careful. I know this guy has had alot of peoples money and everything, but you could be right up sh*t street for handing out addresses and stuff.

Thats my advice. :)

Maybe the guy has got a genuine reason for not being able to keep in contact or sort it out quickly?? I dunno......

The whole thing, see what has been happening to people's money. At least pages 4 onwards. You'll thank me when you have.

I know, I thought there would be a charge for Paypal to carry out the investigation but its definitely not £125 out of £185! and they said in a mail they could only recover £60 and will be trying to get the rest. Restricting his accounts' privileges though doesnt help me :(

It's a shit situation to be in but infortunately theres not much more that paypal can do, they aren't allowed to take it from his card etc. I don't think there is a charge, you would get all the cash back if he had it in his account I think.
