Broken PVC valve on rocker cover!

I have just broken my PVC valve whilst removing my rocker cover, it was incredibly brittle and just broke apart in my fingers.

Will my car run with this broken ect? i can bodge/glue it to the rocker cover for a while until i foind out the part number and replace it!

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks in advanced!

You'll be fine running without the PCV for a while, either get it securly back on with the valve removed from the middle, or just block off the hole on the rocker cover and the hole on the inlet mani until you get it sorted

Awesome help as allways chaps thanks alot.
I have glued it together as such with out the valve in so i should be good untill i get it sorted.

Hopefully the glue will hold and the casing wont pop open on boost :homer:

u`l prob find ul be loosing boost now as mine snaped off completely n i had almost no boost at all, can u here is hissing when the engines running?

Ive just been out and my car is burning oil like a bitch, im going to try and block it off at the inlet mani and see what happens as it cant be good smoking so much on acceleration.
