Can't post on Tutorials Section ?

Wanted to post a few Tutorials, but there is not a NEW THERAD bottom? how can i post?
Or do i post in the tech section and itll be move buy mods?

Post what you have in the relevant tech section and after it's been proofread and everyone's agreed we can tidy it up and move it into the tutorials section.

Seems the most logical way of doing things.
