cant send pm's???

its said that my sent messages inbox is full when i went to send a pm, but my sent messages inbox is empty

Strange one.

There should be a big bar along the bottom of your inbox showing all it's capacity. What is it telling you mate?

it said this when i tried to send a pm "You have reached your stored private message quota and cannot send any further messages until space has been created" but there is space in both my received and sent inbox

Yes but what does the bar along the bottom of your PM box say?

For example mine says this:

"Inbox contains 622 messages. You have 1,443 messages stored, of a total 1,500 allowed."

i see what the problem is now. was a paid member and it must have run out now as there is 400 messages and im only allowed 50

That would explain matters mate. You can download a copy of the mail you already have then use the 'empty inbox' option. That's usually the quickest method of clearing it without losing anything.
