Car feels like it on full boost at 2500 rpm but slow

My car feels like its boosting fully on gauge reading 0.9 bar but feels really slow but flutters when come of accelerator like its on full boost.

Running TD04 turbo standard actuator.
HKS FCD set on setting 8
Sard fuel pressure reg

Also has slight flat spot/miss fire sort of thing at certain revs it's very strange any help guys I have had it with this car get it running right and it's going.

if your reading 0.9 of boost at the mani then its not a turbo playing up . i would suggest checking your fueling, are you running around 3 bar on the fuel pressure. and also put your fcd on 12. just to rule it out. then if you have no luck try regapping the plugs to .7-.8, then check you ignition timing with te1 and e1 bridged... going to be a case of point of elimination till you find the cause

Has the fueling been setup properly?

Check the ignition components, leads, dizzy cap, rotor arm would be the first place to start Also any moisture down the spark plug holes.

could be running really rich, i found that 44psi on the rrFPR was perfect for 1bar on td04 at setting 8 on HKS fcd (so many acronyms)

What's ur timing set at

Check your timing first as chris said it must be at 10deg btdc, if thats good i would take the fcd and fpr off an put back the stock fpr an run it at 0.5.
