Car wont turn over :( help

Car has been running fine no problems what so ever , park it up last night as always come down to go to work this mornin turn the key ... Now the problem is it turns over once then stops , if i try turn the key again nothing happens

All the electrics etc work fine checked all fuses but all the car does is go to turnover n stops

Theres no clicking noises like the starter motor normally makes

Anyone had this or knows anything to test try?

Battery sounds dead, check it with a multimeter, might have enough to power electrics but not enough to turn the engine over.

If all those things are ok, plull the EFI fuse out and take the spark plugs out and try and turn it over.
